AZSB acquired controlling interest in Kemaman Technology and Industrial Park Sdn Bhd (”KTIP”).

2002
AZSB undertook the construction of the 44,000 sq metre Proton Plant in Proton City, a steel-structure building, on a design and build basis.
AZSB undertook the construction of Tesco Melaka, a steel-structure building on a fast-track completion period of 5 months.

AZSB secured a contract to build reinforced concrete structures for tower H1-A at the Jabal Omar Development in Mecca.
